Antique Quality Tiffany Style Lamp, base with some flaking likely a Charles Parker , for sure art Nouveau rewired with two sockets & pull chains. Shade in excellent condition measures approx 24 by 20 diameter. Very unique' as in different, periwinkle with hearts pattern, never seen one like this.
Shade shape flow & rim reminds me of some Duffner Kimberly's but that I'm confident is not as the glass is different, newer & tighter, the periwinkle pattern of the design in part looks like Handel or "Unique Art Glass & Metal company". I believe shade is newer generation possibly made post depression into the late 30s because of the oxidation in the ring but I'm not sure, nice art glass also came out in later part of mid century , much was not noted back then but I believe companies surviving the depression may have adopted & introduced new techniques , various newer materials based on availability used for apertures, I also believe evolution in crafting made many of these shades firmer with thicker soldering verses the older relatives made in the early part of 20th century, much undocumented leaving many collectors like myself debating and scrambling as more data is needed. Definitely not a "Northeastern", least not in my eyes, I say that as Northeastern soldering for most part is different also it seems often the call to claim on many these undocumented heavier soldered shades... My explanation is in my passion and love and the excitement of every day searching learning & collecting these lamps. Sharing that love with others bringing new & interesting lamps to light brings me great pleasure & joy, doing a small part in preserving the history & promoting the art of stained glass is very rewarding.
