Up for your consideration is a very fine stained glass lamp, with a massive 22 diam. Shade, made by the Unique Art Glass & Metal Company (NY). The shade was made c. The base is a tall pewter vase, adorned with lily pads and dragonflies, signed "Ermanault (France)" which is also from the period (1915).
The two make a beautiful combination, that emphasizes the best organic style art of the Art Nouveau period. The pewter base was retrofitted as a table lamp within the last 20 years. It is decorated with lily pads, cattails, and dragonflies. It is signed "Ermenault" along the base. Overall, the lamp is 43.25" tall, 11.5" wide, and 11.5 deep.
The vase measures 25.5 tall. An unusually large and lovely vase for its type. Overall, both the shade and the base are in excellent condition. The lamp shade is free from cracks, missing pieces, or restored glass.The lamp base has been rewired, and is ready for immediate use. Overall, this would be a beautiful statement lamp in superb condition to add to your collection.
