HUGE Antique Chicago Mosaic Leaded Slag Stained Glass Floral Table Lamp

  
Please take a look, ask questions, and let me know if you need any additional pictures. This is a massive example of a Chicago Mosaic lamp done with bright daisies. The absolutely huge parasol shaped leaded glass shade is a full 24" in diameter and the lamp stands an impressive 28" tall. Just look at the detail in the shade with a great selection of glass some of which is even bent to. The flowers are bright and vibrant and the upper ones are. Made out of rainbow colored glass. I will let my pictures do most of the talking here and as you can see from them the lamp displays extremely well and would look awesome in just about any setting. In terms of condition, there are a couple of cracks here and there, but nothing major. These are to be expected in a 100 year old shade.

The trumpet style base has a nice fluted column and an especially nice decorated bottom designed with petals that match the flowers in the shade above. It comes with what appear to be its original sockets each dated. Porcelain interiors and pull chains. It has been wired with period style cloth braided cord and a nice old plug and comes ready to use and enjoy.

This is a large and impressive lamp made by a quality maker that. If you like lamps or need parts please feel free to look at my other auctions or contact me. That being said, please do not embarrass yourself with a lowball offer thinking you are going to get such a lamp like this. It is just a waste of both of our times. If you want to get a cheap lamp, go to WalMart or Ikea.
