Our production process requires cutting large whole glass panels into tiny pieces and solder them piece by piece.

However, glass weighs twice as much as plastic. It is flame-resistant and cannot be scratched or cut by knives. Why are the lines rough? All small glass pieces are manually welded together.

The solder joint lines will naturally have a slightly rough texture, which is a unique feature of handmade stained glass crafts. Why is there oil residue on the surface? We apply a thin layer of protective oil in the final stage of production to protect the soldering.

Please use a soft dry cloth to remove any excess oil. Do not use chemical cleaners, as they may harm the finish of the soldering.
