Vintage Stained Glass Danish Funky Retro Cattail Spaghetti Lamp
The only one like it. The only one you will ever see. If you think the pics are cool you will really like it in a room. I bought this at the Allegan Michigan Antique Market years ago.
The green and purple globes have been redone by me in stained glass paint as they were a faded cranberry red stained glass when I bought it. I stripped the faded cranberry paint off with vinegar and alot work, and repainted with them Krylon stained glass paint as you see here. I decided on contrasting them heavily against the Amber UFO style globe as striking color combinations are often seen on these types of lamps. Appx 39" high to top of finial and 28" wide as shown. The brass metal tubes can be swiveled to spread the outer globes in or out as you choose.Base mounted push button 3 way light switching, the amber globe by itself, the green and purple lit, or all three. The base is heavy marble to give the lamp much stability. It has been owned by an unknown number of previous owners and as such may have ended up in a basement, garage, attic, or shed as sometimes over time things fall out of favor.
